Hello.
Yes KVPY students can take admission in IISC generally admission of students is done through JEE mains and KVPY, if you want to know more about IISC, what is the admission procedure after having a rank in KVPY and what is the rank required for having admission in IISC through KVPY then I am suggesting you to go with the below link.
