Hi

First of all I would like to clear that, there's no pwd reservation for mental illness in neet, only those who have mental illness less than 40 % are eligible for neet/mbbs. Those having equal to or more than 40 % mental illness are not eligible for neet/mbbs.

So, if you have mental illness, make sure that your pwd certificate mentions that it's less than 40 % otherwise you aren't eligible .

You can check the same on page no 89 of neet 2021 information brochure   .

Neet information brochure 2021 download link :- https://ntaneet.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=2&LangId=P

Coming to your question of pwd certificate being valid,

Where have you got your mental illness pwd certificate issued from?

Pwd certificate format must be as per MCI Regulations/format dated May 13, 2019 .

NTA doesn't recognises pwd certificate by any hospital other than those prescribed by NTA under bench mark disability RPWD Act-2016 .

To avail pwd reservation in neet, you must get pwd certificate from any one out of the 13 of the hospitals listed below

---------------------------) Vardhman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi

--------------------------) All India Institute of Physical Medicine and

Rehabilitation (for Locomotor Disability only) Mumbai

--------------------------) Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata

--------------------------) Madras Medical College Chennai

--------------------------) Grant Government Medical College, J.J. Hospital Compound

Mumbai, Maharashtra

--------------------------) Goa Medical College Goa

--------------------------) Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram

--------------------------) SMS Medical College Jaipur, Rajasthan

--------------------------) Govt. Medical College and Hospital, Sector32 Chandigarh

--------------------------) Govt. Medical College, Agartala, State Disability Board Agartala/Tripura

--------------------------) Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU

--------------------------) Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities, Bandra, Mumbai

(for disabilities of hearing only),  Maharashtra

--------------------------) AIIMS, Nagpur Nagpur, Maharashtra

so your pwd certificate is valid for neet only if it's issued by one of the above mentioned medical institutions.

Now that,

*********** limited time is left for neet 2022 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
