In such scenario a lot of things will depend which category your friend belongs to, as there are 240 seats at ILS Pune and GLC Mumbai too have 240 seats, out of them 85% seats are reserved for Maharashtra candidates, these are most preffered colleges. If your friend is from Maharashtra then he/she had really very good chance of getting a seat at ILS Pune. I hope it helps.
