Hi Raja,

When the number of earned leave is over, then the leave taken is considered as an unpaid leave. Yes, you will get unpaid leaves in India if you are a Neurologist. But please note that in emergency cases you may be called to hospital and your leave (whether it is paid or unpaid) can be cut.
