Hello aspirant

Yes you can get unpaid leaves in India for a neurosurgeon.

If your paid leave is over then you can apply for unpaid leave. However this mainly depends on the decision of the hospital management.

If you want to take a long unpaid leave, sometimes you won't get it. Then You may have to resign from the hospital.as a neurosurgeon is a responsible and serious post always needed in the hospital.

Sometimes you will be called for emergency situations, in that case your leave will be cut and marked present.as a doctor you will have to be flexible for such circumstances.

Hope this information is useful

Thanks
