One thing to be clear is that, Jammu in Kashmora doesn't offer seat through All India quota. All the seats,  100% are for the state quota. So, if you dont belong to Jammu and Kashmir, you cannot apply for colleges there, irrespective of the fact that it is mbbs or BDS.
