Hey Milli! According to the notification the OCI holders cannot take the KCET 2019. KCET is a State level entrance examination which provides admission for Engineering, Farm science and Pharmacy courses. The eligibility for this exam states that candidates who are citizens of India can only apply, others are not eligible to apply.
