Hello,
So there are many top colleges in which you can get enrolled by filling the application forms but as you are late due to any inconvenience ,many top universities have closed the registration period.
So i would suggest 2-3 universities which are still open for registration:
1) Punjab University
2)Gautam Buddha University
3) Lovely Professional University
