Yes you will be able to attend JEE advance... For that you have a you want to have a minimum of 75 % of aggregate mark in your board exam and you wants to be pass in 2019...for SC/ST 65% of aggregate mark is required.

To qualify JEE advance you have to attend JEE mains where your ranking should be within 2,50,000....
