Yes , he or she is eligible if the student have passed 12th in 2019. According to BITSAT eligibility criteria :

• Students should have passed 12th Examinations with PCM OR PCB from a recognized central or state board of India with adequate English proficiency.
• They should not be 12th pass outs of 2018 or before . Only 2019 pass out or students appearing for 12th Examinations in 2020 are eligible.
• Also no student of Bits already studying in campus can give BITSAT 2020 test.
• For admission they should have minimum of 75% in PCB OR PCM and 60% in each of the subjects individually.

Hi,

The eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2021 exam has not beent declared by BITS yet.

However according to the BITSAT 2020 criteria student appearing class 12th in the year which exam is being held and the year previous to it are eligibile to give the exam. So for BITSAT 2020 the candidate eligible were who appeared in class 12th in 2020 and who passed class 12th in 2019 were eligible only.

So according to abobe criteria you might not be.eligible for upcoming BITSAT 2021 exam.
