if a student passed his 12 th in 2019 but didnot write/register for jee advanced in 2019 and 2020 . will he be able to write jee advanced in 2021 or not . (he didnot qualified for jee advanced in 2019 and 2020. means cutoff was not cleared. ) please explain.

Your question is a bit confusing.
So to inform you,
As per rules one can give jee advanced only for two times.
So if a candidate fails to get the cut off in 2019 as well as in 2020 then he/she has no other chance to appear for jee advanced again in 2021.
