Yes, just like WBJEE 2018 , this year also Mop up counselling will be held. Mop up counselling is done after the 3rd round of counselling to fill up the vacant seats as a 4th round. The registration and choice filling for the vacant seats is done online only for which information is provided on the official website. I hope it helped
