Yes, you can choose your favourite subjects and courses after selection through ECA or Sports quota.
You need to fill the preferences which would later be utilized to allot you seats on the basis of your preferences, your rank in ECA, total no. Of students qualified in ECA and total no. Of seats in that specific course.
Depending upon that, you get admission in a specific course through ECA.
