If you filled the option of B.com (//B.com) while filling the application form of DU. You’re eligible.
but as you are changing your stream from science to commerce, 2.5% will be deducted from your aggregate percentage.
so if you qualify the cut off after deducting this 2.5% .. you can take admission in that college
