No , Delhi University (DU) does not provide senior secondary schooling to the students . DU is a very famous university which provides Under graduate courses like BSc , BA , BCom etc  and post graduate courses like MCom ,MA , PHd etc .

If you want admission in class 11 and 12 you need to find a school and always choose a school which is recognized by respective boards like CBSE , ICSE , state boards etc .

University of Delhi is a central government University which primarily offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Now Delhi university is not a junior college like a wise you mainly see in Mumbai or Ahmedabad which offers plus two studies within the college. However colleges such as Aligarh Muslim University and Banaras Hindu University have affiliated institutions which offers such courses.
