Dear Aspirant,
Government colleges/universities like JNTU, Hydrabad does not conisder JEE MAINS marks for admissions......
Getting into JNTUH require you to appear in EAMCET and through counseling depending upon your rank, you will get admission in either JNTUH or its affiliated colleges.
But top private colleges like CBIT, VASAVI, VNR etc. Consider MAINS rank for admissions i.e. B-category admission.

what is B-category admission in jee mains means

The seats which are alloted under the convenor quota i.e. based on your eam cet rank and the reservation is an A category seat.
Every private college (almost) gives some extra seats irrespective of your reservation status (oc,bs,sc,st) based on the jee mains score. These seats are siad to be B category.

No for admission in JNTUH, the basis criteria is qualified in TS-EAMCET exam instead of other exams like Jee. So if you want to take admission in this college you are required to qualify the TA-EAMCET test
