Yes, you can get into CBIT through jee main score.

There is a round called B category admission in which you can have the opportunity to grab the seat.

You can also try for Spot round too. As the cut off decreases you will have more chances to get the seat if your rank is below 51k.

I am sorry to inform you that if you want to seek admission in CBIT college then you have to give Telangana State level exam EAMCET. You cannot get admission on the basis of JEE Mains marks.
