Hello,
The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test which is commonly known as TS EAMCET is an entrance examination conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). It was conducted for selecting competent students for professional courses offered at university/private institute in Telangana state

No, 1200 was non refundable registration fee. So it would not be given back in any case.
