You can definitely include Physical Education in your Best four score, but it depends on what course you are opting for. In the course you have mentioned, that is, B.Sc in Statistics, there will be a certain deduction of 2 to 3 % in your Best four score.
For example, if your best four score on including physical education is 95% then it will be considered as 93% or 92% on admission, as physical education is considered to be an elective subject.
