Hi,
Yes you can pursue BCom Hons with CA degree from Delhi University. Doing CA and BCom Hons together is a really good career combination.
The thing is that if you do it from a regular college under Delhi University, you will have to maintain a 60% attendance in the college (not in all colleges though) to give semester exams.
