The easiest way to pursue MBBS is by cracking NEET because it's offers you more seats and the questions are literally less complex as compared to AIIMS and jipmer PG examinations are there why I would advise you to stick to basics and try to do well in NEET examination is that is the best way in which you can get MBBS in India since in AIIMS and jipmer the seats of you and the questions that offer on it is difficult to crack all over

You can study MBBS without NEET. But in that case you need to qualify  any one of the below entrance examinations -
1. AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) UG Entrance Examination - To pursue MBBS from AIIMS
2. JIPMER (The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research) UG Entrance Examination - To pursue MBBS from JIPMER
