As per the previous years records, there are decent chances that you will fall under the category -1. You might probably get CSE with this rank but the chances for Infromation technology are more likely. Since you want CSE (Data science), keep it as your first choice. If you do not get it or you see any other spcialization available/interested to you, go for it. Keep IT as your third choice as you will get it easliy (as per the previous years records, IT is available upto 9k rank under category-1).
