To pursue B.Tech in CSE both the colleges are good and according to Careers360 analysis Chandigarh University has got AAA+ which says this is good option to pursue B.Tech program whereas Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida has got AAAA which means this is very good in the same overall Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status, Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.
So I would suggest keep JIIT at first and then secondly CU should be there. Apart from this, consider your interest, eligibility and convenienece before you make any decision.
