Both the institute you have mentioned are of similar standards. Thus differentiating them can really be difficult. But if you see the subject combination vs scope then CSE will be better for exposure in the industry rather than ECE. As you know most of the ECE candidates work in IT but still get less salary due to this exposure. So if you have the dream to work in IT then go for CSE and if you are interested in ECE then go for it. You will do good in it.

Now its is a matter of fact that Chandigarh University have better curriculum wise standards as compared to Banasthali Vidyapeeth. Also if you compare the placements rate then there will not be much difference but if you see the median package then Chandigarh University have better packages than Banasthali.
