Why do you think so? IIIT A is a better place to study BTech in ECE if you are aspiring job after your BTech. In IIIT A the placements are really good and the average salary is above Rs 10 LPA where as the salary packages in VNIT Nagpur is around Rs 7.5LPA. So you have chosen the right place to study for your career and you must not have any regret regarding it. Also academically IIIT A is very good but in terms of research its not that good. So its not going to make any bad influence in your career until and unless you want to go for research.
