The department of Life Sciences may be a unique department within the University where

multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teaching and research in life sciences have established permanent

roots. it's a various discipline that covers all branches of Zoology, Botany and Biotechnology during a

dominant manner. this is often one among the oldest departments of Christ University (formerly Christ

College) started from the inception of the Institution in 1969.
