Company Secretary is a principle post of a company. A candidate is hired as a company secretary for handling the legal aspects, Complete Tax's returns, He/she also give advises the board of Directors. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is the Institute which provides education and training to the candidates who want to become a Company Secretary. To become a professional Company Secretary you have to qualify 3 levels of Training and Examination conducted by ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India).

The levels are:-

- Foundation Programme

- Executive Programme

- Professional Programme

Company Secretary course:-

The Foundation Programme has four papers: The Executive Programme has eight papers divided into two modules and Professional Programme has 9 papers divided into three modules.
