KCET fees is always very affordable if you do want a seat through it . However if u are into management seat each college has a different fee structure which is revealed by the college only on visiting the campus.

coming to the branch between CS and IS ,there is not much difference between these two branches but a slight variation in few areas in your 6th sem.

therefore as far as branch goes u can opt for anything and both are absolutely fine.
