Yes, counselling is important to get admission in Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai. You have to attend the counselling with your original document like 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, identity proof(Aadhar/PAN), entrance exam score card. You will get seat as per your merit in the counselling.
