I do not recommend students from other states to join this college, if you are from chhattisgarh and cannot afford education in other states then it might be a good option in Chhattisgarh only. Placements are not so good there is no exposure towards industry oriented programs.

The classrooms are equipped with table PC and projectors. Faculties at RCET are excellent. Campus is equipped with high speed wifi internet which can be freely accessed by students any time. The infrastruture is state-of-art throughout all the institutes in the group. High speed WIFI connectivity, Central Library with adequate titles, spacious modern classrooms equipped with LCD projector, labs with latest CAD tools and equipments readily cater to all the needs of student. The institute has its dedicated sports & cultural complex for activities. Decent mess and hostel facility is also provided. Excellent placement record, almost 90% students got placed. Highest package this year was 15lacs and average package was 3lacs. Many students having good academic record have got multiple offers also. Faculties are highly qualified and dedicated towards the development of students. They cover the syllabus on time and gaps in curriculum are also covered.

RCET, Bhilai is very good College for Engineering. Maximum students get a good package. Average package is 3.5 LPA. 85% Students selected by various companies like Accenture, Capgemini, TCS etc and about 95% students from my class(ET&T) got selected in various companies. Faculties in RCET bhilai are very good because they were helpful and knowledgeable. RCET Bhilai has highly qualified faculties and most of them are from IITs and NITs. PPT. Books of eminent authors and publishers are available in the library and library is open for 16hrs daily.All the facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games etc. are available on the campus. Classrooms is well equipped with projector and tablet PC. The quality of food is good in the canteen.

Faculty in RCET, Bhilai (R1) are very good. Some of the faculty members in RCET are outstanding, they encourages students in many ways. They always motivated us.

As far as I concern, our college allocate enough funds on infrastructure and hence providing a healthy environment to the students there. The student would get involved in other activities apart from their studies, which help them carve their future. The fun, learn and the growth of us made our college life cheerful. The cell has emerged as a favourable destination for many national organizations who come back year after year to recruit fresh talented nurtured at the university. The faculty is too good and always approachable. The cleanliness in the hostel makes you have the same feeling as that of our home. Apart from this there are some minor concerns which may not affect everyone like strictness,yes the college is very strict but in positive side as we compared to other college which may have good faculties but in placements point of view they are big failure, in which rungta exceeds by far.Strictness and attendance are main drawbacks but if you see the positives then you will gain alott.

What is it: it is definitely one of the 3 best colleges of CSVTU and provides plenty job opportunities with average packages(1-6 LPA). Here Job fairs are huge and continue for 3-5 months with soft skills classes from 1st year onwards. But this doesn't cover up what it is not; It is definitely not the place if you want to study REAL engineering, all you require here is some good mugging skills. The Main problem here is College's administration, whose only concern is Money making. ex: they take advances for workshops but never return if it gets cancelled. Also, they are poor at managing events. You will witness many white lies. The administration here is corrupt. Period! Coming to faculties. you will witness some of the best faculties here. they are friendly and they have a heuristic approach to teaching. Especially programming and Data structure faculties. Their classes are enough to score well in exams. RCET didn't have any cultural societies but the students had made their own. However, only CARPE DIEM (literary society) is an active one is the only one with powers to change your life. want to: get rid of stage fear, be more confident, learn event management, improve colloquial fluency, improve current awareness and vocabulary. you name it; they have it. rest of the college campus life is not so happening due to restrictions and dull ambiance. however, if you want to study engineering in Bhilai. it's your choice

1)The infrastructure of this collage is very good. clean buildings and wonderful library. 2)what i imagine to an engineering collage there should have complete environment of engineering. there is lat's of update in this collage in last 4 year but classroom is remain same. there is projector in a classroom this is wonderful. if more practical knowledge would provide to the student and student should be involved in real time project and industry visit in each semester. this programs would provide better industry exposure to the collage education. 3)on the basic of campus this collage is best. this year 76 companies have come and still companies are coming to this collage. TNP of this collage is so cool..i have also receive 1-2 offer latter from collage campus. 4)collage hostel is good. management should focus to room allotment to the student before join the collage. Yes after setelment hostler have good life style. Divin mess food is healthy. 5)professors of this collage, i them most they are so helpful no only in regular study but in real life too like campus,communication. 6)Student diversity is impacts it can be seen at the time of election the real youth power. 7)yes this collage is lil expensive but collage is having ti-up with bank which provides education loan and all...and other hand the cg government is also helping to the student in the form of scholarship. I am from civil department.I will only tell about my department. faculty were worst ,they only mugup and repeat that in class.They do not had any experience .My friends were better than them.Rather learning from class I have spent decent time to learn from nptel videos.beside this, college was good in terms campus placements. A civil department guy can easily fetch non core job but irony is they can't get core job.

All is in average. Placement is very good. Infrastructure is good. Need more practical study classes. Teachers are good and supporting. Industrial visits are provided. Exams are held for students confidence. Venue is good. Some of the teachers are temporary and needs to be replaced. Sometimes they only ask for passing marks, which tends to lake in good marks.
