Placements are genuinely strong for CSE students, with several top MNCs visiting every year. But if you are from a non-IT branch, the scenario is noticeably different and you will have to work much harder independently. CGPA matters a lot here, so academics cannot be completely ignored either.

Placements are still growing since the university is relatively new. Some companies do visit for recruitment, especially in technical and vocational fields. Placements support Rungta College of Engineering and Technology is moderate. They do have arrangements with companies for visiting batches, and there are a few core and IT companies visiting the college for placements. Students do manage to get placements in recognized companies, but on an average, it is quite on the lower side compared to top engineering colleges across the country. Placements for courses vary greatly, and students manage to do well on their own by undertaking internships and courses. Students have placements success stories too every year from Rungta College of Engineering and Technology.
