As you have secured 300000 CRL rank from sc category then you can not get any nits in whole josaa counseling.

As per your profile I can assume that your home state is telangana, then also by applying your home state quota, you cannot get nit warangal.

Now, talking about csab special round counselling, then also there is no chance for you to get any seats in nits in both the round of csab special round counseling. Even in nit Warangal you can't get seat even by home state quota in both the csab special rounds.
Also in lower nits like nit mizoram or nit sikkim or nit Nagaland, there is no chance for you to get seat.

In simple words you can not get any nits in csab special round counselling. And if you cannot get nits then there is no chance for iiits. Even in lowest nits the highest cutoff CRL rank was around under 200000 for sc category candidates. And talking about gftis, then in gftis too, there are very low chances with this much crl rank, but can get gftis.
