If by  CUCET you meant the entrance test conducted for admission to central universities all over India, then this year official notification isn't released yet, and from this year onwards there will a total of 41 central universities which will be participating through CUCET for admission to various undergraduate and post-graduate courses, now as per the official website with all the universities that were there, none of any had pg course in philosophy, you can check out the same at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/RecPages/Search01Program16Details.aspx
