Domicile certificate is the proof of your residence.

domicile Certificate or a residence certificate is issued by a state government to prove that the person having the domicile certificate is a resident of that particular State or Union Territory as stated in the domicile certificate.

Nationality certificate prove that you are native of that country.

They both are similar but different. You cannot take domicile certificate as nationality certificate on international level
