Hey,

You have to apply for student transfer scheme, for which applications are issued in the month of April till June of every year. Also, you have to mention the reason for the transfer of admission. You need to submit relevant documents such as:

No objection certificates from both the colleges.
Medical certificate from civil Assnt Surgeon(original)
Representation of Application with postal address and code.

Also, You should stay connected with official web portal of JNTU for transitory notification.
