Dear sir, I get a college in spot counseling 1 of ip university if I not get other college in spot 2 then they refund 40,000 or not?

Hello Rahul,

If you have got a college in 1st spot round and want to change your college then your fee will be transferred to the other college. And if you do not get any college in 2nd spotting round then your seat in earlier college will be remained. 

Now, if you want to withdraw your admission or seat from that particular college the you may proceed with the application. They will refund the amount after the deductions of withdrawal charges. The withdrawal charges will be 3000/-. So you will be refunded Rs. 37000/- .

You may confirm the refund amount from the college.
