The eligibility criteria for VITEEE 2019 are:-

1. The candidate should be a resident/non-resident Indian National/PIO/OCI Holder 

2. The candidate must have completed 17 years as on 1st July of this admission year.

Yes,you are eligible to appear the vit exam only and if you have completed 10+2 exam in science stream with physic chemistry , mathematics.

 Note You must score 60% and above in each subject mention in above.
