Dear sir/madam, will i get rajkiya engineering college sonbhadra with 25000 general rank in second round counselling of upsee?

I am very sorry to say but considering previous years trends, it will not be possible for you to get a branch in Rajkiya Engg. College. I have given an estimate based on general girls rank. Even if you have special quota like armed forces/freedom fighter etc., still it is low chance for you.

Yes with this rank there are fair chances of getting this college though you might not be able to get CSE according to previous years cutoff you could get civil and electrical engineering.
But cutoff changes every year and in every round of counseling depending upon the availability of seats.
