You must have registered for yourself in Careers360, that's why you are receiving emails and SMS from Careers360. With a rank of 1 Lakh, of course you have qualified for NEET UG Examination and eligible to participate in NEET UG related counseling. However, with your rank (assuming you belong to General Category), you may not get an MBBS seat in Government Medical Colleges. However, you can easily get a seat in Private/Deemed Medical Colleges.
