Hello student,

Yes, you can secure a seat in colleges affiliated to Delhi University with 88% marks in BA English (hons) course. You wowbe getting admission into North campus colleges even though you belong to OBC category. But you can get into colleges like ARSD, Aryabhatta, Bhagat Singh and a lot more.
