Vishwakarma Institute of Technology definitely gets a win!

1)It has much higher cutoffs.
2)Better location in the city.
3)Well known college if you want to go abroad for higher studies.
4)Much highly reputed.
5)Good faculty.
6)Ranks second or third in Pune.

From what I've heard about DYPCOE,
1)Bigger campus + infrastructure.
2)Average faculty (depend on self study).
3)Core companies don't come for placements (which getting at VIT is more likely).
4)Mass recruiters do visit.

That's what I've observed and heard from people here in Pune for all my life, you may reach out to any alumnus or current student there for more details.
