While there may be some differences in the eligibility of B.Tech lateral entry of different states and institutes, the following criteria will be considerably same for most of the admission process:

• Candidates should have completed 10+3 qualifying examinations or diploma.

• Subjects compulsory are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

• Candidates who have studied B.Sc in Physics or Mathematics after 10+2 are also eligible.

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in diploma for entrance in Maharashtra
