Hi Bikram,
Judiciary is and independent and supreme organ of India. Indian Judiciary is independent to give its decision. To ensure independence of judiciary, judges are paid well and are also granted a high status in society. Any political power or President can not pressurize the judge to change it's decision or declare it in favor of a particular person or party.
