It will not effect your career. Because you have cleared it off, it will not be an problem. But for doing PG or writing entrance examinations like CAT or other exams, you will need atleast 50% in your degree. Some Courses only look for merit in your Bachelors so you have to focus on scoring more percentage in your degree. If you can do that, a backlog will not effect your career at all. So focus on what is ahead of you than being worried about what already happened.
