The list of required documents for UPSEE Counseling are as follows

UPSEE 2020 rank card and admit card
10th and 12th standard certificate and mark sheet
Domicile certificate
In cases of candidate who has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh, their parent’s domicile certificate is required.
Character certificate
Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness
Income certificate for economically weak candidates

Other documents if applicable such as

Rural weightage certificate
Category certificate
Subcategory certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped
GDDA category certificate
