do deemed medical colleges have a state quota with lower fee admission?

The fees mentioned for deemed colleges isn't for management quota. It's for the people coming in the merit list, ie, these are the fees for normal seats.

Management quota seat cost is even more.

*So the question arises, will people coming in merit list be willing to pay 15 lacs per year ?*

Maybe 10% candidates would pay. Most probably these seats would go empty.
