Yes , you can cse branch in engineering colleges with a bit low kcet ranking but you should opt for lower cut offs colleges. The top colleges like M.S Ramaiah, bMS college, RV College of engineering would be much out of league.

So, you can choose colleges such as

3. NMIT Bangalore
4. Presidency University
5. UVCE Bangalore
6. PES Bangalore
7. DSU Bangalore

There are few more colleges but the above ones are the best ones if you want to choose cse branch.
