No, you don't need to give DUET for getting admission to BCom courses at DU. The admission to BCom courses at DU occurs through the cutoffs prepared taking into consideration the best of four scores or marks in the qualifying exam ie your class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized educational board. If you are able to clear the cutoffs of any college, then you are eligible to get admission to that college provided that you satisfy the other eligibility criteria as well.

DUET is the entrance exam for admission to mostly the PG courses and also some UG courses like BA Humanities, BA Social Science, Mass Media etc.
