Yes you are eligible to give exam .
Since a person can give jee main exam for 3 time and jee advance fir 2 time.
Hence if you had given exam.in year 2k17,then this is your last chance.

Do NIT accept third jee main marks and do both marksheet should be shown or only improvement.
