Dear aspirant,

This depends upon the institute in which you are going to enroll. Some institute want migration and some dont. If you will with IGNOU for distance education they will ask just an affidavit or NOC with the declaration that you are not studying any where parallel to IGNOU. So it will depend upon the institute.
